Information and purposes

We process your name, company, email, public website URL, analysis results and consultation request to provide the initial analysis, follow up your request and contact you about the service. IP-derived rate-limit records and session data help prevent abuse. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or bulk marketing list.

Collection and legal grounds

You provide information through the electronic form. Handling your request and communicating about the requested service are assessed insofar as directly necessary for entering into or performing a contract. Security records are assessed under our legitimate interest in providing a secure service, without prejudice to your fundamental rights. Legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or protection of rights may also apply.

Service providers

Requests and reports are stored on WBE’s hosting infrastructure. Notifications are sent to [email protected] using the existing Google email service. Only the analysed public URL is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights, not your name, company or email. Google reCAPTCHA may process connection and device information to detect bots when the form is submitted. Google services may involve international data transfers, subject to applicable transfer arrangements and provider privacy terms. You can alternatively contact [email protected] directly.

Retention and your rights

Data is retained for the time required to follow up the request and any applicable legal retention periods. When these purposes and obligations end, it is subject to deletion, destruction or anonymisation procedures. Under Article 11 of Turkey’s KVKK, you may use the legally prescribed channels to request information, correction, deletion where conditions apply, details of recipients, objection to an automated assessment, and compensation for damage. Analysis limits

We inspect the server-returned HTML of the public page you provide and up to four internal pages on the same domain. JavaScript is not executed and no password or account access is requested. When Google is connected, separate mobile and desktop Lighthouse lab tests are available. Rankings, traffic and visibility in AI answers are not measured. Automated findings do not replace expert assessment.
